When will my products ship out?
- We strive to ship orders out within one to five business days (Monday-Friday). You will be notified of any delays in this process. We usually ship via USPS Priority/Ground. For orders that apply, we will send you an email with tracking information so you are able to track your order after shipment from our facility.
We are closed on weekends and nationally recognized holidays.
Keep in mind that during the holiday season and special promotions, extended shipping and turnaround times are to be expected. We will work hard to get orders shipped out as soon as possible.
Please include these extended shipping timetables in your holiday ordering plans.

- We currently only ship to the 48 Contiguous United States: Alabama; Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; Connecticut; Delaware; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Idaho; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Kentucky; Louisiana; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; Missouri; Montana; Nebraska; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New Mexico; New York; North Carolina; North Dakota; Ohio; Oklahoma; Oregon; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; South Carolina; South Dakota; Tennessee; Texas; Utah; Vermont; Virginia; Washington; West Virginia; Wisconsin; and Wyoming
- Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may be possible on a case-by-case basis, but at different shipping and delivery rates and times than identified in the SHOP. Please do not submit an order through the online shop if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, but instead, contact us at [email protected] to obtain accurate costs and timelines.
- We DO NOT ship internationally (outside of the USA).
Can I return/exchange products/merchandise?
- Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation in the USA, we do not generally accept any form of returns or exchanges, especially with opened or used items. However, we do want to do our best in ensuring your complete satisfaction when ordering from us, so please contact us at [email protected] with any issues or concerns you may have.
- In the rare event a return or exchange is allowed (per the discretion of ANK Personal Care LLC), your item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it upon delivery. It must be delivered within the last 10 business days and must also be in the original packaging. The customer shall be responsible for any return shipping costs.
My order was broken/damaged when I received it. How will I be compensated?
- We strive to ensure safe delivery of all orders to the best of our ability, but accidents may happen during shipping and delivery. In such a case, please contact us at [email protected] within 10 business days of your order’s delivery date and provide images of your damaged/broken items and your description of the issue(s). After we’ve received and examined the photos, we will promptly contact you with the next steps. In most cases, a new package with replacement items may be sent to you, but circumstances may dictate other measures. Thank you for your patience with us as we determine the best way to serve you in the matter!
